My son Bryson at a soccer practice back in August 2009 said, "Dad you are fat and you are going to die." In his 5 year old inocence he was begging me to get in shape because I was constantly out of breath and could not keep up with those little 5 year old studs.So here are some pics because of Bryson's motivating words.
