Nathan and TeriLyn share a very special day. . .

June 6, 2009. Nathan Stevenson gets baptized!!!! We are so proud of you Nathan! Congratulations!
Nathanial Stevenson. What a good lookin boy!

Nathan and his aunt, TeriLyn will always remember this special day. Nathan picked a perfect day for his baptism, my birthday!!!!

The Stevenson family: Bella, Eliza, Nanette, baby Sam, Nathan, Jared and Daniel. Quite a beautiful family. Wade, Liz, Corbin and Corinne are in the background. You guys are beautiful too!

Pre School Graduation. . .

Well it's official. Bryson is no longer a "preschooler"! He graduated in May and is now on his way to Kindergarten! He looks so grown up and is so very excited to start school in Aug.

Clapping for himself, I'm sure!
The whole cute, little class. Bryson has a crush on the girl with the long, blond hair. We think he has good taste!

Miss Trudy makes it official!

Bryson's part in the program was to welcome everyone to the graduation program and ask them to stand for the pledge of allegiance. It was a very important, three sentence part. He practiced at home and had it memorized perfectly but when he got there and saw all the people, he got nervous and just said, "Please stand". We just looked at each other, confused! But we thought it was the best part of the program!!!

Brinley starts preschool this fall. All she can talk about is the princess backpack she's going to get!

After the recital. . .

Mom and Dad outside after the recital with our little Beethovens.
Van and Lauren attended the recital as well. We love you guys, thanks for coming!

What a couple of cuties!

Van and Lauren Baker. Still newlyweds, not even married a year yet. Still getting along, I'm sure!

Hershery's Track Meet. .

Braden and his friends qualified to run the 4x4 relay race at the district track meet. They took first place in their heat and earned the right to try out for the state relay team.
They were very happy and we were happy for them. Look at those smiles!

Spring Piano Concert. . .

For this year's spring piano concert, Breanna and Braden were asked to play a duet. They played it beautifully. Mom and Dad were incredibly proud.
Both kids played two songs. Here is Breanna taking her turn.

Braden plays his pieces.

Breanna gives Braden a dirty look in the middle of the duet!!! I can't believe they pulled this off. I can't believe they didn't kill each other first. Let me just tell you, practices were hell. LOL

Braden and Breanna with their teacher, Dianne Walker. We love her and want to thank her for good work and patience teaching the kids! They especially want to thank her for all the hours of practice she requires!!

Breanna's Dixie Children's Choir. . .

Even though these are horrible pictures, not one of them in focus, we wanted to share Breanna's Choir concert. This is a local children's choir that requires an audition and an invitation to join. Breanna has such a beautiful voice that she was asked on the spot to become a member!! She is on the back row in the middle, in case you can't tell because of the blurred shot.
Brinley and mommy enjoy the show!

I'm sick these didn't turn out better. The concert was held at the St. George Tabernacle and it was such a beautiful setting. The choir sounded wonderful and they preformed some very difficult songs. The girls looked so professional and lovely in their costumes. Way to go Breanna!

Next year, Breanna has been asked to join a smaller group of girls who sing additional songs as well as sing with the choir.

Easter Sunday . . .

Happy Easter wishes to all our friends and family!
Brinley calls this her "princess dress".

My beautiful children on Easter Sunday. Did I mention that Bryson hates to have his picture taken!

Easter Hike and egg rolling. . .

Our family tradition for Easter Sat. is to take our dyed Easter eggs and find a hill to roll them down. We do this to crack them open and make the peeling of them easier (and dirtier!). Anyway, I'm not sure how this tradition got started but I did it as a little girl and am determined that my kids have the same fun. So every year we go out searching for the perfect egg rolling hill. This is what we found this year.

A wet and rainy Easter Egg Hunt. . .

Brinley loves to have her picture taken.
Back at home going through their candy and treasures.

Every year, our neighbors, The Jolleys, have a hugh egg hunt in their back yard. It has become a tradtion to go. This year is was raining and wet, but even that did not stop the fun.

These eggs were not hidden very well, were they?

A little cold and shaking but they filled their baskets none the less! Thanks Jolleys!

Easter 2009. The dying of the eggs. . .

Brinley is very proud of her work.

A very serious artist.
Looking beautiful while at work.

Bryson is not pleased with the final product.

The whole group including our friend, Bailey.

Bryson and Braden do Little Leauge

Have you ever seen two more hansome boys in your life? They both played Little Leauge baseball this year. Bryson played for the Cardnails and Braden the Red Sox. We are so proud of both of them.
Braden played pitcher, shortstop, catcher and first base this year. He did well in all postions.

Bryson could really hit the ball and told all that asked that he "hit it farther than Braden did when he was this age". He looks up to his big brother and this really made him proud!
